Stainless steel (inox) is valued for its anticorrosive properties and its high resistance to rust. The stainless steel Sais stays unaltered for many years. As there is no coating, we don't see any effect like chipping, flaking or peeling. The most common sizes are M (length 18.5" = 47 cm) and L (length 20.5" = 52 cm).
