They were very easy to install once I figured out how to connect multiple (the connectors are not traditional plugs but do connect easily). Now that we have put them away for the season, I appreciate how they take up much less space then the traditional net lights we have gotten in the past. Time will tell how well they hold up over the years but so far so good.These lights were easy to use and made Christmas decorating quick. They do appear to be weatherproof.It does not work like in the pictures. Most of the lights are too busy in different modes or you barely see the red in the slower mode. The red comes on quick and goes off quick.Love the remote control and options with it But the product is not what it is described as on this website.At first we loved this product. It looked pretty and seemed to be perfect. Then after a week in December, lights started going out. It wasn't just one light, it was the whole set. On top of that, even though they said sets worked together, it was extremely hard to get them to sync up to be the same color and brightness. I had to run so many extension cords to each set to get them to be this bright. By Christmas, half of them died. It looked terrible. This company also switched their brand name sooo many times, they used to be called Lomotech and Waterslide. Not to also mention, when I went to get replacement lights, their prices went up over $15 for the same set under a different name but came from the same place. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone and it's a shame Amazon hasn't blocked this seller for slinging their crappy product under false advertisement. BUYER BEWARE!Very delicate and the wiring will break easily. Be very careful when adjusting them on the bushes. The slightest tugg will cause them to have a break in current.Absolutely in love, we used on our hedges this fit over the top and front of our hedge and the ability to change the way the lights perform was awesome. Very festive for Halloween
